Welcome to our online store! Before placing an order, please familiarize yourself with the terms described below. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
1. General Terms
- 1.1. These terms apply to purchases made on the website www.foodstore.lv.

- 1.3. Purchases are subject to the laws of the Republic of Latvia, including the Consumer Rights Protection Law and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
2. Prices and Information
- 2.1. Prices are indicated in euros (€), VAT included.
- 2.2. Product images are illustrative. Descriptions and specifications are as accurate as possible.
- 2.3. The store reserves the right to change prices and offers without prior notice.
3. Order Placement and Payment
- 3.1. Orders are placed on the website by filling out a form.
- 3.2. Confirmation is sent to the customer's email.
- 3.3. Payment can be made by: bank transfer, online banking, payment cards (Visa, MasterCard), other methods.
4. Delivery
- 4.1. Delivery is carried out in Latvia and other countries, if specified.
- 4.2. Delivery time: 2–5 working days, unless otherwise specified.
- 4.3. Delivery costs are calculated at the time of ordering.
- 4.4. Food products are delivered adhering to the temperature regime.
- 4.5. The customer must ensure acceptance at the specified time. Otherwise, the Store is not responsible for quality loss.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Return
- 5.1. Food items cannot be returned if the packaging is damaged or storage conditions are not met.
- 5.2. Returns are possible in special cases — damaged or incorrect goods.
- 5.3. The seller may request photographs or additional information.
- 5.4. Temperature-sensitive items can only be returned with proof of proper storage.
- 5.5. If the return is approved, the seller will agree with the buyer on the method.
6. Warranty and Complaints
- 6.1. Complaints must be submitted within 2 working days via email.
- 6.2. Photos of the product's condition at the time of receipt must be attached.
- 6.3. Complaints are reviewed within 15 working days.
7. Personal Data Protection
- 7.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR.
- 7.2. Data is not transferred to third parties, except for suppliers.
8. Final Provisions
- 8.1. The store may change the terms at any time by publishing the new version.
- 8.2. Disputes are resolved through negotiations or in the Latvian court if an agreement is not possible.
