Refund policy

If you have received a product that does not match the ordered product, is damaged, has unsatisfactory quality or if you have not received the product within the specified time, please contact us within 72 hours by calling ‪371 29755468‬.

According to the Consumer Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia and Cabinet Regulation No. 255 “Regulations on Distance Contracts”, food products (including olive oil, canned goods, beverages, etc.) are considered a group of goods that cannot be returned if they have been opened or their packaging is damaged, as this may affect their quality and safety.

To assess the situation, please attach:

  • the order number,
  • a description of the damage,
  • a photograph of the visible defect (if possible).

If it is determined that the product was indeed damaged at the time of delivery or does not match the order, we will offer to replace the product or refund its value (no later than 15 days after the complaint is submitted).

Please note that food products with valid packaging and without quality deficiencies cannot be returned, in accordance with food safety regulations.
